About Devan
The person who walks your property and writes your plan.
Devan Hemmings has spent over 20 years in the trades, much of it on Sonoma County properties.
He started out mapping properties for landscape designers, architects and contractors. Then he spent years repairing homes through Devan Does It, his home repair business in Forestville.
That mix is the point of Home Ready Sonoma. He reads a property the way a mapper does, and prices the fixes the way a builder does. He keeps up with the fire rules and what insurers ask for, so your plan is current.
