How it works

  1. Your plan sets the list. Each fix is ranked and priced from local rates, so you know what to expect.
  2. We find the pros. Licensed contractors for the work that needs a license.
  3. We gather and negotiate the bids. You compare real numbers before you choose.
  4. We check the work. Against your plan, so you don't have to know what to look for.

You hire and pay the contractors directly. We are not a licensed contractor.

How it is priced

Our project management is quoted in your Home Ready Plan. Contractors bid their own work.

Half of your plan fee can be credited toward our brush clearing or project management packages on jobs of $1,500 or more, if you book within 60 days of getting your plan.
