Where it matters most

Clearing works from the house out. The first 5 feet matter most, then out to 30 feet, then to 100 feet or your property line. See what to clear in each zone.

One time or every season

A one-time cleanup gets you to a clean starting point. Seasonal visits keep it there: in spring, before county inspections start, and gutters again before the winter storms. (Permit Sonoma inspections)

How it is priced

By property. We look at your lot as part of your Home Ready Plan and quote the clearing in it, so you know the cost before you decide.

Half of your plan fee can be credited toward our brush clearing or project management packages on jobs of $1,500 or more, if you book within 60 days of getting your plan.
